RIDS-Nepal is proud to announce the completion of the short documentary "Holistic Community
Development Projects in Humla". It shows some of the work RIDS-Nepal has been implementing over the past 6 years in Humla's remote mountain areas. The documentary shows the newly developed approach and development methodology, the "Family of 4" (Pit
latrine, Smokeless Metal Stove, Light and Drinking Water) and "Family of
4 PLUS" (Family of 4, High Altitude Solar Water Heater, Greenhouse,
Solar Drier, Nutrition and Non-Formal Education). The documentary reveals some of the development work being done and the impact on the daily lives of the people who we live and work with. We hope you will enjoy the 30 minute video and we would value your feedback.
